Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your pool maintenance needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for time-sensitive pool equipment needs
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Great for non-urgent pool chemical orders

Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your pool maintenance products. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must accompany return
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened pool chemicals (Chlorines, Algicides, Clarifiers, Non-Chlorine treatments, pH balancers)
  • Used pool cleaning equipment (Automatic Pool Cleaners, Manual Cleaning tools)
  • Custom or special order items (certain Pool Lighting and UV Systems)

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with:

  • The RMA number clearly visible on the outside
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Step 4: Processing Your Return

We’ll inspect your return within 3-5 business days of receipt and notify you via email about your refund or exchange status.

Refund Information

  • Refund Timeline: 3-5 business days after approval (credit card/PayPal processing times may vary by financial institution)
  • Refund Method: Issued to original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)

Exchange Process

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly specify the replacement product in your return request
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
  • Exchange processed after receiving original item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective pool equipment (Filters, Chemical Feeders, Automatic Pool Covers, etc.):

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
